SoundSelf Pro will usually run on any Mac or PC from 2019 or newer. If you’re unsure, here are the specifications that we recommend:

Memory: 6 GB of Ram
Storage: 3 GB available space
PC
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Processor: Intel i5 2500 equivalent or better
Memory: 6 GB of Ram
Storage: 3 GB available space
To successfully download the software, you will need enough space on your computer and a wifi connection. Don't use a hotspot when downloading the software to your computer.
If you see the screen below, check all your hardware is connected. Refer to the SoundSelf Setup Instructions.
If you’re getting the Error Microphone Is Muted screen, unplug the USB dongle for the headphones and plug it back into the USB hub or your computer. Make sure the power on the headphones is ON and the USB dongle is solid white. Refer to the Headphones Troubleshooting
