Why is the headphone beeping?
Your headphone will beep when the battery is low. Charge the headphones with the USB-C cable and USB charge box that came with your kit.
Note: Do not charge the headphones to your USB computer.
DO NOT install the Corsair iCue software.
Unable to hear any sound
- Ensure the USB dongle for your wireless headphones is plugged into the USB computer or USB hub.
- The power button is on and the volume is set to high.
- The USB dongle and headphone light are solid white.
If your USB dongle light is red, contact support@soundself.com. We will need to send you a replacement.
